Tools such as the home care website checker only reflect the answers you select; they do not crawl your site and are not a WCAG certification or audit.

We do not guarantee rankings, leads, hires, or business results from reading this site or using free tools.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (for example attempting to break security, scrape in a way that harms the service, or submit unlawful content). Do not submit other people’s personal or health information in our forms.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, and branding belong to Snipe Ventures or its licensors unless marked otherwise. You may share links to public pages. Do not copy substantial content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Snipe Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to CAD $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
